I have bought many cars in my 70 years but the buying experience at The Trade Car Outlet at Ossett was second to none. The staff could not be more informed and professional. Nothing was to much trouble resulting in the car we wanted at a very reasonable price. They supplied a full MOT with the car although it was not yet three years old. On arriving home some 55 miles away I found that the car jack and been left out of the spare wheel kit.(probably after valeting or MOT) I rang the dealership the next day and they immediately sent one by recorded delivery. This was a level of service you rarely find today. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you.

Were to start...friendly atmosphere, friendly (no pressure) staff members. I went to view a particular car which I had seen on their website sadly I was a little too slow on the Text Reserve service which they have (trust me it works) but I kept looking and found within a few days a second option car. From that moment on wards the service I received from the moment I used the Text Reserve option to the time I drove my new car out of the showroom it was faultless, no pressure at any point. Pride is upmost and this reflected in my decision to buy from this company, when I collected my car (under £3k) they made sure it looked and smelled like a brand new car. So to round up, I would happily recommend anyone I know (should they be looking to buy) to take time to have a look and certainly visit this company with a view to experience the same as I did. I've never experienced such great service. We live far away from the dealership (a plane journey over, and a ferry trip back!), and explained our situation over the phone. They could not have been more understanding and helpful in providing extra photos and running through the car's service history with me as well as answering all my questions, just to make sure we would be happy when we arrived to view the car and could make an informed decision before travelling such a distance. Unfortunately due to circumstances on our end, we did not end up making the journey to Ossett. But I was so reassured by all the information and support we received, I have no doubt that we have missed out on an excellent car. This company redefines the experience of buying a second hand car. Forget dodgy blokes in portacabins selling cars that have been cut and shut. This company do everything right and make you feel like your buying a brand new car. The car was in excellent condition and very good value for money.
