I was a bit dubious of all the great reviews for the Trade Car Outlet but having bought my new Qashqai from the Ossett showroom last month, I can totally see why the excellent feedback. I cannot fault this company on one single thing and from start to finish the whole experience was exceptional. Buying a used car is supposed to be a nightmare isn’t it? Well not here… Everything from the cars great price, the no pressure, professional customer service, answering my many questions, the nice long test drive, the nothing is too much trouble attitude, just filled me with confidence and I’m 100% happy with my purchase. Big Thanks to Peter and the rest of the guys who work there. Highly recommended. After weeks of searching for a new car, this is how all car dealers should be.. Well done The Trade Car Outlet.. 5 stars plus.

Having bought my 1st car from this company back in 2018, I said would give them another go when the time came to look for another car, I approached Peter early on this year (I wasn't in a rush to buy) with a small list of cars I was interested in, he kept his eye out and sure enough one came along a few months later, hence I bobbed along to have a look, again under no pressure or obligation what so ever to buy, I liked what I saw and they did the preparation work on it and now happily driving around in it...thanks again to all the team...

Absolutely impeccable service from start to finish and a great price to boot. We needed a cheaper runaround for a second car and looked for months trying to find something that ticked enough boxes. Stumbled across Peter and Peter at the Trade Car Outlet when we spotted a Skoda Rapid that seemed a good deal (albeit not the first colour choice!). After a phone call and FaceTime walk around, we signed and car was delivered within a week or so, after they’d gone above and beyond to fix some stone chips and other blemishes on the car at no extra cost (and it was already extremely cheap!). This was almost 3 months ago, and the car has been great thus far. I purposely waited to write a review to ensure the car was and is as advertised, and this seems to be the case. I’d recommend anyone looking for a second hand car to speak to The guys at the Trade Car Outlet. No nonsense, no pressured selling tactics and transparent service all round.

From the first hour to enquiring about my car, to a few weeks after purchasing, Peter has supported me with any issues. The car needed extensive refurbishment on the alloys, a new paint job and one of the seats fixing - this was done without question. I had a tyre pressure warning on the day I collected the car, Peter has offered support in resolving this issue even in the weeks after purchasing the car. This combined with the RAC warranty and 7 day money back guarantee, is a no brainer. They will be on my list of trusted dealers, and although I travelled 2hrs to view the car, I would recommend them to everyone. There is no uncertainty felt when speaking to both Peters, they ensure that you're provided with everything and they have a no-pressure sales approach, not once did I feel obliged to continue with the purchase. I contacted The Trade Car Outlet in September 19 to enquire about a 2014 Octavia Vrs they had for sale, I spoke to Peter Wood who explained to me the cars history & condition,won over by his honest & professional description I reserved the car by text & travelled from the North East the next day to view it. I was greeted by Peter & immediately offered a test drive,on our return the cars service history was explained to me & within minutes I decided to buy it! I asked for a couple of car park dinks to be addressed & picked a freshly valeted car up a week later,I've now had 18 months trouble free motoring in a car that still puts a smile on my face & has now done 118000 miles & pasted 2x Mots with no advisories. After some frankly bizarre experiences with main dealers over the years dealing with Peter was a breath of fresh air & I would recommend this garage to everyone.

Best experience of buying a car. No hassle sales, relaxed and friendly with the time given you need to look around a new vehicle.
